2a. Through my website (Showit)

I do not use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking or advertising cookies on my website.
2b. Through my booking system (Calendly)
When you book a session with me through Calendly, I collect your name, email address, and any additional information you provide in the booking form. This data is used to confirm and manage your booking, send you reminders and follow-up communications related to your session, and provide the service you have booked (Human Design readings or content coaching). 2c. When you contact me directly
If you contact me via email or a contact form, I will collect your name, email address, and the content of your message. This is used solely to respond to your enquiry.
3. Legal basis for processing your data

8. How long I keep your data
I retain your personal data only for as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected. Booking and session information is kept for up to 3 years after your last session for administrative and record-keeping purposes. Email correspondence and enquiries are kept for up to 1 year unless there is a legal or contractual reason to retain them longer. Website technical data is retained in accordance with Showit's own data retention policies. Once data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymised.
9. Your rights
Under UK GDPR, you have the right to access the personal data I hold about you, correct any inaccurate or incomplete data, request deletion of your data in certain circumstances, object to or restrict how I process your data, receive your data in a portable format where processing is based on consent or contract, and withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.
