If you offer Human Design in your business…

Lately a lot of the clients I’m supporting in my 1:1 practice are Human Design practitioners who offer human design in their business and want to market themselves in a way that feels good to them and is aligned with their design….

It’s got me thinking about what’s important as you evolve as a practitioner in an industry that’s not regulated and here are some of the lessons I’ve learnt along the way:

  1. Know your filter the lens through which you share information e.g. how your profile and definition affects the way you share, where your personality sun sits and the gates that precede & follow it because there’s every kind of design out there and we all deliver the information differently and bring different people into our world.

  2. Quality over quantity: having humility and respect and putting the time in for the client in front of you. Not speaking at your client to share everything you see right away which can be so overwhelming. When you speak the truth of the chart it’s so healing for your clients.

  3. Who comes to you: when you put out generic content and surface level information you will attract that very type of client. When you go deep into your experiment, deeper into the knowledge and you really try to help the client in front of you by going deeply into their chart, magic happens.

  4. What to expect: Human Design tells you who you are and who you are not. It will explain your mechanics, why you do the things you do, what your possible not-self strategies, conditioning and guides you how to use your strategy and authority, all within a session. For a Projector client helping them understand their motivation/transference, is important given it’s an essential tool to navigate invitations.

  5. As Human Design grows dilution happens. Source material for me was when I really felt like my experiment began after getting distracted by pop HD because it sounded more palatable at time. Each circuitry has its own language and so when you use logical keynotes for abstract channels or you mix line language it the becomes confusing and limiting for your client.

  6. A map of potential: Your chart is your potential, when following strategy and authority. If you have 37-40 channel of community, you have the potential to be gifted at bringing groups of people together and doing it with such love and efficiency, creating an amazing experience for them, when recognised, invited and the go ahead from your authority. Formal invitations bring out the best in any projected channel.

  7. It’s a process: Anybody involved in human design knows that it’s not about instant gratification. It is a discipline, it requires a lot dedication and awareness. While the mind probably wants to chew on more and more information, the transformation happens in the experiment and it’s from this lived experience that you can really guide/support/empower and share with your clients.
