What I’ve learnt about being a Projector in as a coach

What I’ve learnt about being a Projector is that working more as a coach doesn’t equal earning more.

In fact, usually the more I work the less I earn because it often tips me into my not-self as a Projector of not knowing when enough is enough and then burning out.

Here are a few other things I’ve noticed:

  1. As a Projector I don’t get the opportunity to use our strategy daily in our biz so knowing my motivation and transference is how I realign when I go off track.

  2. As a 6/2, I have come to recognise when my gifts are being called out of me. My biggest flex is when I am an example as living naturally as myself.

  3. I am here to replace old standards with new ones through my only conscious channel 26-44, how this translates to me is how people can improve their marketing and what’s not working right now.

  4. I understand that I am not here to work all of the time, the more I can outsource the tasks of my biz that are outside my definition, the more I thrive.

  5. I am not here to know myself as a Projector but to know others.

  6. When I study HD my aura strengthens.

  7. I don’t have to go searching for recognition it comes when I align with my design.

  8. I am here for success but there is no success without mastery of a system. This information is the key to a Projector’s success.

  9. It is my knowledge of systems that carries the potential of recognition and invitations.

  10. General, non-specific invitations that don’t recognise my channels/definition in my design I have no interest in answering.

What have you learnt? I’d love to hear!
